My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was ideal for my needs, close to the local supermarket and just a short walk to Cuba street and Courtney place. The service was truly exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. However, the room was a bit disappointing as it was dark and cold, smelling like cigarette smoke, and lacking cooking facilities beyond a fridge and microwave.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the rooms had all the basic necessities required and were in excellent cleanliness; I would recommend them to my friends. However, the rooms felt very pokey and really grotty to me. On the positive side, the shower was suitable for the elderly/disabled with a fold-down seat, a thoughtful touch that I appreciated.
